  1. That’s the tough part about dieting and exercise, though: Getting it to all fit in when your routine changes. I’m going on vacation in about 3 weeks, and it will be tough to do all of that away from home. Still though, even if you’re only able to stay 50% on your program, that’s better than not doing any at all.
