Anybody had any experience with it in the Knoxville area? I’ve been generally pleased with the cable phone service. Power outage, misconfiguration, or moving the equipment can impact E911 service, and I’m sure their contract language spells out every limitation for you. If you’re worried about it, I’d stick with traditional wireline service or have a really sharp home security company. That’s the only reason I still have a “land line” at home. Comments are closed.
